The 2015 Judson Center Gala: A Night to Embrace Our Children and Families took place this past Saturday at the Westin Book Cadillac in Detroit, MI. Altair was honored to support this important event which raises money for children and families of our community.
The event was co-chaired by CEO, Chairman, and Founder of Altair – James Scapa, his wife Sally Scapa, as well as Chief Administrative Officer of Altair – Tom Perring and his wife Ingrid Perring.
The Gala was an amazing success, raising nearly $400,000 through silent auction items, live auction items, and donations. This event helps the Judson Center continue its mission of helping those in need succeed. They provide brighter futures for more than 4,000 children and their families in the community each year – children challenged with autism, children with special needs, and children that have been abused or neglected.
Altair has been a longtime supporter of the Judson Center and Altairians have been very dedicated to helping the center over the years. Many Altairians chipped in during the weeks and months leading up the Gala, helping with everything from requesting and collecting donations and silent auction items, to lending a creative hand to make the gala a success.
