Alhad Joshi, Vice President of Global Enterprise Analytics Solutions, is responsible for pre-sales and consulting activities associated with Altair's business analytics portfolio. This entails business development and solution architecture guidance. Alhad has managed the development, support, and marketing of Altair's highly scalable and robust Software Asset Optimization (SAO) solution released as a commercial offering in 2012, as well as business intelligence applications for the utilities industry. During his 21-year tenure at Altair, Alhad has worked in software solutions and systems integration, developing solutions that capture best practices in product development and computer-aided engineering. Prior to joining Altair, Alhad worked as a senior developer on the finite element analysis of a printed circuit boards module, creating pre-through-post utilities and automation software. He holds a Master of Science from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science from the Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay in Mechanical Engineering.
Andrew joined Altair in 2004, and has worked in the field of NVH CAE analysis for over 20 years. He started his career in the tire industry working as a CAE analyst at the Goodyear Technical Centre in Luxembourg. He then moved to automotive CAE consultancy in the field of NVH, and has been involved in many vehicle development projects. In his current role, he is responsible for NVH Product Design business development and providing technical support for Altair projects Globally. Andrew obtained a 1st class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD in Automotive Engineering from the University of Birmingham in the UK.
Anna Johansson joined Altair in 2005 as a Project Engineer. She is currently the Application Engineer and Marketing Manager for Altair in the Nordic Region. She is involved in the technical sales and support for Altair software, as well as planning and executing the marketing activities within the region. She received a Master of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lund Technical University.

Ashwin handles all marketing functions for India & GCC, which includes planning & executing Altair Technology Conferences, product seminars, participation in trade fairs, media planning, education initiatives etc. He has been with Altair since beginning of 2016 and was previously in sales of CAD/CAM/CAE/3D Printing Technologies. Ashwin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering & MBA in Marketing from University of Pune
Brionna joined Altair in November of 2014, and is currently the Global Events Specialist with over 13 years of experience in the event and meeting planning industry. She leads the global events committee at Altair, and is working with people across the globe to help manage many planning elements. She offers particular expertise in the areas of site selection, contract negotiation, agenda building, and strategic communication planning including social media. She earned her undergraduate degree in Marketing from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University (MSU), and then went on to attend the College of Communication Arts and Sciences at MSU where she is now completing her master’s degree in Public Relations.
Brett is the Chief Operating Officer for Altair since 2010, and is responsible for global sales and technical support, including EMEA, APAC and Americas regional operations, as well as Altair’s business partner programs. He joined Altair in 1993 as an engineering consultant, and has held a variety of positions since, including managing the North Central region for the Americas operation, and as Vice President of the Americas region in 2006.
Charlotte is the Web and Content Marketing Coordinator for Altair Germany, which includes organizing web based events, managing the web presence of physical events and Altair Germany's social media presence. She has been with Altair since 2015 and studied Cultural Studies, Knowledge Management and Logistics in Magdeburg in Northern Germany.
Dr. Reddy is the Vice President of Business Development - Electromagnetics at Altair where he leads the marketing and support of commercial 3D electromagnetic software, FEKO, in Americas. He is also the President of Applied EM Inc, a small company specializing in computational electromagnetics, antenna design and development. Prior to Altair, he was a research associate at NASA Langley Research Center, and previously a research fellow at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) of Canada. Dr. Reddy co-authored the book, “Antenna Analysis and Design Using FEKO Electromagnetic Simulation Software,” published in June 2014 by SciTech Publishing. He received his Ph.D. in 1988 in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
Craig Mackiewicz is the Industrial Design Manager at Altair Thinklabs. He joined Altair in 2008 and has since played a role in the development of the Human Centered Design Studio Altair Thinklabs. A graduate of the College for Creative Studies; he believes that listening, research, understanding, and a solid creative process are the avenues to creating phenomenal results that impact our lives. Craig has also been a part of the IDSA through many positions, his most current being the Michigan Chapter Chair for the IDSA. Craig is a also an adjunct teacher with the College for Creative Studies. He has been awarded multiple IDSA IDEA awards since graduation in 2008, and was nominated for the World Technology Summits Designer of 2009 in New York. He has work in publications including Fast Company and Business Week.
