PSOs are fully-supported software stack solutions that leverage a client’s investment in Altair’s software and licensing model to streamline CAE workflows and solve specialized industry vertical engineering problems. Model Verification Director – Reduces the model validation time by 90% by automatically identifying issues, such as missing welds and incorrect bolt-nut positions, with the model before the meshing stage

Model Mesher Director – Provides a process-centric approach to streamline the meshing and model build process including model simplification and repair, cutting pre-processing time by 60%

Squeak and Rattle Director – provides a consistent and efficient method to identify the risk of squeak and rattle due to relative displacement, decreasing the time to perform squeak and rattle analysis by up to 80%

Impact Simulation Director – Reduces the time to perform an impact simulation by up to 60% through a process-centric, end-to-end solution that increases reliability and repeatability of impact simulation results enterprise wide

Automated Reporting Director – Removes non-value add tasks associated with the mechanics of report generation and automatically generates user and enterprise-defined reports by analysis type saving as much as 80% over the manual process

Weld Certification Director – Accelerates the time requried to identify and analyze the performance of weld lines against mechanical requirements and automates determination of weld line fatigue performance

Virtual Gauge Director – Streamlines the strain gauge correlation process between CAE and physical test results by extracting CAE results at the exact position of the test lab strain gauge location, interpolating the results at the identified CAE location, and computing the results in the local coordinate system of the gauge
