Pietro holds an aerospace engineering degree from Politecnico di Milano and made his PHD inIndustrial Engineeringat Università di Padova. Prior to joining Altair he held development engineer positions atDaimler (2000) and FairchildDornier (2001). He joined Altair as a project engineer in 2002 and later held several management positions at Altair Engineering GmbH. Today Pietro is managing director of Altair Engineering GmbH and in this role handles Altair's business in the DACH region and Eastern Europe.
